The Historic Preservation Commission is always looking for artifacts of our community's early history.
We are especially interested in obtaining artifacts and information on the pioneer families of DuPage and Wheatland Townships.
We gladly accept donations from anyone cleaning out their attics, garages, or the homes of relatives.
Don't throw out those old snapshots, playbills, year books, tools and utensils: donate them to the Historic Preservation Commission.
Or, if you have something you just can't part with, how about loaning it to us?
We would be glad to display your precious item(s) with a note displaying the message:
"On loan from [Your Name] or "From the Collection of [Your Name]."
We will take great care in the handling of your property, and all of our village hall display cases are secured.
